A catalyst is an agent of change. Beginning with my years as an educator and continuing into my career as a therapist, I have strived to be a catalyst for extraordinary human performance. The means & setting have changed over time, but the fundamental mission remains the same. Catalyst Bodywork LLC was created to provide clients with a resource that is research-based, clinically-informed, & collaboratively-empowered to produce results. Clients understand that they are active members of a team whose sole focus is building the client's capacity and elevating the client's performance.
